Streaming video via Airplay to the classroom display requires a wifi connection that is not only fast enough but also consistent. From time to time you may find that videos stutter or have audio artefacts that make the video difficult to watch.
If you experience this, the first step is to force your device to connect to the closest wireless access point by turning off Wi-Fi and turning it back on. This will disconnect you from the Apple TV, and so it is recommended that you take a proactive step to do this when arriving in your classroom, prior to connecting to an Apple TV.
1. Click on the Wi-Fi button to expand its preferences.

3. Toggle off Wi-Fi, wait for about 10 seconds, then toggle it back on.

4. Connect to the desired Apple TV again.
If the streaming performance is still poor, please contact the AV team and/or log a Helpdesk request stating the time and location you experienced the issue.
