On the 20th May 2025 we upgraded our Canva subscription to a larger licensing model. As a result, previous designs are no longer visible when you log into Canva.

Don’t worry, your work still exists! You simply need to switch back to the old Team profile to access your designs and copy them across to the new one.

1. Go to www.canva.com and log in using your school email address.
2. Switch to the old Team by Clicking your profile icon or initials. Then, under Teams, Select to switch to the St Andrew’s (Archive Only – Copy Work to New Account) Team.
   
   

You will now be taken to the old Team Canva profile. As we will eventually be deleting this Team, please ensure you continue following the steps below to copy your work across.

3. Navigate to Projects from the left-hand side menu.

4. Hover over the design or folder you want to move, click the three dots (…), and select Copy to another team.
Note: If you have a large number of designs, it’s quicker to first move them into a folder and then copy the folder to the new Team.

5. Select the St Andrew’s Anglican College team, then click Copy.

6. Once you have copied all your designs, switch back to the St Andrew’s Anglican College team and you will see your design under Projects.
