If your Redcat speaker and microphone do not produce audio even though they are powered on, you may need to re-pair the devices. When the microphone is powered on and connected successfully, the Redcat will have a Blue status light. If the Status light remains off while the microphone is turned on, then you will likely need to repair it.

Before completing the pairing process, press the power button once to ensure that it has not been muted accidentally – the power button should change from white to blue to indicate it is transmitting audio. If not follow the procedure below:
1. Turn on the microphone by holding the power button.

2. Hold the power button in until the triangular side buttons flash alternately.

3. Hold the microphone no more than 2m from the speaker, and point the power button end of the microphone at the Redcat speaker until the lights stop flashing on the microphone. The speaker should have a blue light to show a microphone is paired.

4. Check the power button LED to ensure the microphone is not muted. White indicates that the audio is not transmitting, while blue indicates that the audio is being transmitted. If the microphone does not transmit audio, please seek assistance from IT.
