This guide will demonstrate how to setup Out of Office replies, when you go on leave and need to let other staff members that you’re away or when you’ll be back.
1. Go to the top toolbar, Hover over Tools and select ‘Automatic Replies’

2. A window will pop open and from there you’ll have to select the email address that requires the automatic replies

3. From there, select the tick box that enables the replies

4. For this next step, you can now type the message that will be sent automatically on your behalf. The automatic replies can be set to just primarily be used with other staff members in the organisation.

If you receive/send emails externally to other organisations, you can set up another reply and have a separate message.
